@Fliparz they are called ribbon clamps. You can get them at craft stores or on ebay for really cheap!

I didn't make her fat. I followed the lines of her skirt and cape. She wears a petticoat under her skirt, which makes it flair and look poofy. Her cape drapes over her shoulders, and also flairs out at the waist. Her waist is actually quite tiny. She and Elsa have the same waist size.
