@SORGINKATU no clue! 😄to upload a pattern you need to use the website and go to you have to go to where it says your user name on the top right but do not click on it and you should see a little sign that says "create patterns" "to-dos" "loves" and "sing out" and you have to click on "create patterns" Then you will see "normal patterns" and a button on the same line that says "new pattern" and then below "alpha patterns" and a button on the same line that says "new pattern" click on the button and it will take you to a page where you can create your pattern by letters that represent the knots. I do not recommend that you start designing your patterns that way because it is more complicated but at the top you have several buttons to create your pattern of different types. One is "draw alpha" which is the one I use and the easiest to use and then there are more buttons that are "write alpha" where you put your word and it makes them for you but simple word patterns are NOT accepted on the site. They have to be more elaborate or unique! Then you have the "alpha from image" which is kind of complicated to get the pattern you want to make right... and then you have the "alpha from font" which is where you have to download a font from another site that is an alphabet font and you put in what you want it to say and it does it for you! Whatever part of the generator you used, you press "save" once you finish designing it and then you go to the first page where you have to put in the keywords and click the button that says "share rights" and then something like "This pattern is not copyrighted, or I have permissions to publish it from the original author." Once you've done that, you save it and maybe you get a green warning. You have to check what it says and if you can fix it because it might be a reason for the mods to reject it. But then you save it again and you can upload it to the site with the "submit to the site" button. The pattern will disappear from your generator and you have to wait for the moderators to review it and they will accept or reject it! If they reject it, they will tell you why and you have to check and fix it! hope it helps!!!!!! 😄 |
