Hi there fellow knotters 😉I thought I could set up a challenge: The Triple 25 Challenge. Since it is the year 2025: Create 25 Masterpieces in 2025 with patterns chosen from your ToDo-list. The challenge is open for 25 participants. We all have New Year resolutions, but how often do we really stick to it? For 52 bracelets, so 1 per every week, I am a little too late, but how about 25? 52 is a lot, but better try to achieve less and be happy with what you achieved, Instead of wanting too much and frustratedly quit halfway through... This is how I came down to the number of 25. This way, you can have a break in knotting, a few weeks of holiday, being busy otherwise at school or work and still mange to complete the challenge. You can try and reach this number how ever you want: one per week, 2 per month.... As long as you got 25 artworks at the end of 2025. Deadline will be 1st of January 2026. You can start the challenge as soon as you have sent me the list of your patterns via PM, And I have as a response confirmed to you, that you have made it amongst the 25 first participants. Patterns and crafts are free of choice, Alpha, Normals, crotchet, beads, cross stitch... As long as you have not already made the pattern. Patterns which you have already made earlier do not count, I will check it. Your creation must be finished. Note the challenge name on the picture and notify me of photo uploads / finished challenge via PM, best once a month. Notify me about your participation in the challenge feed here. and send me a list by PM-messaging containing your top 25 patterns you have decided to tackle. In your list, also include your wish for your price (read more about them below). If you finish early, no problem. You can leave it at that or do more patterns, it's all up to you. By doing regular uploads, you help me massively, since I can already start knotting your prize bracelet, if you finish the challenge early. If you think you might struggle with the amount of 25 pieces, you can tell me any minimum number, that you would at least try to reach before dropping out, and you will get a prize anyway. If you have reached this number, please PM me, if you want to continue or drop out of the challenge. 🏆🎖️🏅Talking about Prizes: All who complete can choose a handknotted NORMAL bracelet that I will make for them and send to them. In your list, please choose 2 patterns: - One for the completion of all the 25 bracelets. This pattern can have up to 25 strings. - One if you reached your individual minimum goal number of bracelets. This pattern can have between 2 and 15 strings. I got about 120 different color shades of Anchor and DMC thread, so a bracelet with various colors and triangle ends is no issue. The Difficult rating of the pattern doesn't matter either. Just check my photos to see if you like my knotting style and quality. Since not everyone is happy to share their address for me to send them a parcel with the bracelet, you can contact me about other prize wishes. I could give your patterns a rating or I could mention you in my bio, but this is up to you. Please let me know, if you want a shoutout in my bio, or not. Please upload patterns regularly and let me know by PMessaging. This isto ensure that this chalenge feed keeps easy to read and is not cluttered with too many "unnecessary" messages, since it will be up for an entire year and 25 regular participants can otherwise get challenging to manage. If later in the year, you stumble upon a new pattern you desperately want to make, patterns can be exchanged in the list of your top 25. Please just let me know via PM! Please tell me, If you want to be reminded every single month of doing your uploads. So in the feed here, only notify me if you want to prticipate or ask burning questions. In the first Private message, please send me the following: - Numbers of the 25 patterns - Minimal amount if pattern you want to complete if less than 25. - Prize wishes: bracelet or shoutout or ratings only, and the patterns for the bracelets (minimal or full completion). - Wish of being remembered (Or not) every month via PM or via tagging in this feed. Hi @J3ssica and hi @Tacy-CruzThanks for considering joining the challenge! 👍🤩 If you have only 29 To-Do's you can probably tell me the 4 you don't want to do in this challenge, let's keep it simple 😇 😉 🙂. Would be cool if you could give me all the 25 patterns at once, in order to not write back and forth ten times about it, and to prioritise your own TO Do's, but we could also group them into 10, 10 and another 5, if you want. How ever you feel alright. |

Omfg so excited 😆 I decided that I am obviously going to make more than 25 things over the next year. SO... I decided that for this challenge, I will submit 25 REALLY epic wall hangings! I have three in the works. Started a Disney one that I desperately need a specific yellow 💛 to finish n a bird pattern and a gift for uncle battling cancer but I need black to finish those 2. Smh I desperately want to make a specific pattern as well for myself. I PROMISE, the patterns for this challenge shall be masterpieces. Lol #25for2025 😜 🤯

Hi @J3ssicaYes, you can message me directly with the patterns list, Numbered 1-25 or howevermany. It makes it easier for mento checktve patterns, if your list is numbered. However, the order in which you make and upload them, doesn't matter, you can do your pattern no. 15 and then pattern 2, and so on.... |
