You will recieve one reward for each completed creation you post ~ for example; if you make ten items, you will receive ten rewards. Rewards are a collection of points next to your avatar on your profile! Feel free to use any color combinations your heart desires! Yes, there is a shaped pattern ๐ Pattern #137495 is a great shaped pattern ๐ @Cow28 I don't always put them in their own category, I really appreciate when each pattern is viewed equally, and at times, people skip viewing the patterns in the shaped section. That pattern can easily be made into a regular alpha instead if one chooses to as well ๐

Hi @superme123, thank you for your comment. I prefer not to include many shaped patterns in my challenges. I feel that other moderators include a lot of them, so I don't include as many in my challenges. You are welcome to make any of these patterns into a shaped pattern if you choose to, however. As for string amounts, for me, personally, I purposefully do not include string amounts in my challenges. I feel it causes many of the larger patterns to not be viewed. The creators of these patterns work very hard on their designs - moderators also spend a considerable amount of time picking and choosing patterns for official challenges - me personally, it takes me several hours over the course of many weeks to choose patterns. With the meticulous nature of it, I feel strongly that each pattern deserves to be viewed equally - therefore, excluding the string amounts is a way that I can personally ensure each pattern that I choose is viewed equally. I understand it is not how the other moderators do it. I will likely not be hosting many monthly challenges in the future, so it will not be a problem. Again, thank you for your comment, I appreciate the engagement. |
