1. I loved this challenge very much and even if nothing changed, I would join again2. I didn't mind the number of rounds! I felt like it was a good amount 3. I think this challenge was very well done and I didn't think anything needed to be different. And I'm not just being nice I promise! I couldn't think of anything that I would change for next time |

1. I'm not sure.2. I thought the amount of rounds was fine, but since it was over the holidays it felt like it took a long time. 3. Some bracelets we had free choice of what to make and others there were specific ones you wanted us to do. It should be one or the other, imo. Maybe make be a string amount limit instead. It would present a different challenge and help with variations in the size of the bracelets and add an overall fairness. That way someone isn't doing a 5-string bracelet while someone else is doing 30 in the same round. Not wanting bracelets used in your challenge to be used in other challenges is silly and frustrating. Especially when it's just a make x amount of bracelets challenge or the official challenge. It's not something I've come across before on here. I understand wanting your challenge to be a priority and stand alone, but time is precious. Not being able to use my work for multiple challenges if I so choose adds some unnecessary friction and makes me less likely to want to do it. For me personally, two weeks for each round felt like too much. Because of parkinson's law, you might actually get better response times if we only had one week. Unless it is excessively large or boring, one week tends to be plenty of time to make a single bracelet. And it would make the bracelet for your challenge the priority. One week per round would mean that you would have to be on top of things as well and not leave challenge participants waiting days for a response. 4. With those changes, idk maybe I would participate again. |
