Hi! Welcome to the New Year’s Challenge!As we all know, 2023 is soon coming to an end with less than a month left to go and I thought it would be a fun idea to celebrate it with this! This challenge is pretty self explanatory – make a pattern related to anything new years. You can make a bracelet, keychain, or wall hanging for this challenge, I don’t really mind. Just let me know what pattern you want to make and when your photo is accepted as well. The deadline for photos is December 31 and winners will be picked and announced shortly after. Make sure to include “New Year’s Challenge” in your photo (you don’t need to, but it is preferred). Ideas for inspiration: Fireworks, stars, sparkles, party things, new year’s food/drinks (like wine and such), etc. Judging on: Neatness Creativity Prizes: 1st place: 5 star rating on all of your patterns (unless you have more than 20) + shoutout in bio 2nd place: 5 star rating on 10 of your patterns + shoutout in bio 3rd place: 5 star rating on 5 of your patterns + shoutout in bio *shoutouts will stay in my bio for a year (from January 2024 - January 2025) Happy knotting! I did end up designing a pattern for this challenge! The pattern is #161582I'm actually going to modify #161428 from the biweekly challenge for my submission tho, but if someone else wants to enter but doesn't know what to make there's that 🙂 |
