Hello everyone!In this challenge, you can make one shoelace to fancy up your shoes or you can make a pair! It can be candystripe or a more detailed pattern, but I'd recommend no more than 10 strings, just so it'll get through the lace-holes. There isn't really any rules other than making the deadline which is December 23rd. You have to tell me what pattern you're doing and let me know when your photo is up. It's not required to put "Shoelace Challenge" in your photo but it does make it easier for me to find your photo, especially if you're posting multiple photos at a time. There's prizes! 1st: 5 stars on 5 of your patterns and I'll make one of your patterns 2nd: 5 stars on 5 of your patterns 3rd: you can pick my next bracelet! Be creative and happy knotting! ✨ |

@BlueCat123 laces to tie up your shoes! Shoes come with their own ties and stuff but it's always cool seeing custom ties on shoes, especially ones you've made yourself. @halokiwi I think did a pair of shoelaces and posted a picture if you're curious

@paulasophi about a week, I worked on them on and off, and also I have small feet and a don't like how shoelaces hit against my feet when I run, so I made them short enough to tuck into my shoes 😊
