Hello and welcome to round one of the ✨perfect wrist✨ challenge!! As you can see by the title, This round is the alpha round. I decided to start with the alpha because you have so much freedom and it will be easy to base your other creations off this one. You have free reign! Pick any alpha pattern you would like, but remember all your other bracelets have to go with this one! Please let me know what pattern you’re making, and if you change the pattern. I won’t turn down any patterns unless it’s not an actual bracelet. Please don’t use your bracelets for other challenges. *It’s important that your entries are all bracelets! Please no wallhangings, keychains, bookmarks, etc. Everything needs to have starts and ends for a bracelet!* You have until November 25 (2 weeks) for this round. the next round will start the next day on November 26. Please try to have your photo accepted by the 25th (so please don’t upload it the day of!). In your photo, please include the round number (round 1) and the name of the challenge (✨the PERFECT WRIST✨). If you don’t, you will lose half a mark each round. There won’t be prizes for each round, but I will be judging and announce the winners after your whole set is complete, in February. (Which I know is a long time away, I apologize for that.) Each bracelet will be judged out of 5 marks, and the total score for your collection will be out of 40 marks. Each bracelet: /3 neatness and execution /1 photo quality /2 starts and ends /5 x 6 rounds = /30, and there will be an additional 10 (2 per bracelet) points at the end for how well your bracelets go together as a set, so a grand total of /40 points. I know that doesn’t seem like a lot, but I prefer marking with lower numbers because it makes it slightly easier. Here’s a quick reminder of the schedule: Round 1: November 12-25 Round 2: November 26- December 9 Round 3: December 10-23 Round 4: December 24- January 6 Round 5: January 7-20 Round 6: January 21- February 3 I will announce winners sometime during the week of February 4-10 Have fun, and let the games begin! |
