@BerrySloth I'm working on your pattern #141805 at the moment. I think it's super cute. I'm not really good with alphas, but this one is perfect because it doesn't have many colour switches. I'm doing each of the mushrooms in a different colour to make a rainbow 🌈

@4741119 yeah, I inititally thought there would be, like, 5 people participating, so I was planning on everyone's patterns as a backup in case someone just went AWOL, but a LOT more people turned up than anticipated.I even thought about waiting to assign the three extra people who don't have patterns themselves, so they could make patterns of people whose partner dropped out; but then I thought it wouldn't be fair to make them wait longer than I had said in the announcement. (And as luck would have it, one person who dropped out was one of the lucky ones who will have their patterns made twice. So unfortunately, the plan to have these nice people without patterns but who still wanted to participate, as kind-of-backup didn't exactly work out...) Anyway, I won't let anyone walk out of this having completed their part. Just depending on how many it'll be, it will take me a lot longer than the deadline. I get migraines from knotting for too much, so I have to take it slow, unfortuenately. (But I'm keeping my fingers crossed that nobody else will drop out.) |
