I think that's a very relatable feeling @sjandrewsI think many of us are quite hard on ourselves, and we see every flaw, (even perceived flaws that others may not see, or that are not there!) I think you did a great job, and the variegated thread is a nice touch! 😄 Hope to see you participate again in a future Official Challenge! 😄 |

Thank you, @Tikilishi - it was kind of you to say that. I will definitely participate in future challenges! They are really fun., They showcase patterns you may not have seen and give you a push to try something that may seem too difficult. On my first challenge, it took me ages to figure out the pattern but then it turned out really well. I wouldn't have tried that pattern otherwise, but now the bracelet is one of my favorites! I can't begin to express how grateful I am for all the time and effort the moderators put into making Bracelet Book such an amazing supportive site. It is really special. |

As of right now, yes! 😄 The mods and I do Official Challenges every month, as well as Official bi-weekly challenges.We used to do weekly ones, rather than the bi-weekly ones, but not enough people were participating so we cut it down. It's possible the same may happen with future challenges if there's low participation rates. For this monthly challenge, I kind of expected a lower participation rate because I chose some really large patterns. In the future, I'm hoping to figure out a way to encourage people to make the larger patterns, but I'm not sure how yet. So in short yes, there's other frequent official challenges! 😄 @Jewelknots |
