This was my first time doing a shaped bracelet and I didn’t realize there was a special technique used to make them. Is it okay if I just followed it like a normal pattern, it has sections that are just straight strings.

@uh_robertt Yes, that is fine. As long as it looks like the pattern. The 0-knots can be either loose strings or tied into the bracelet to make it more shaped. 👍
