Welcome to my very first challenge! I've been planning this multi-round challenge for a while so hopefully it will be fun, exciting and give you new things to try.This is just the sign-ups (so I get an idea of how many participants there will be) but I wanted to give you a few little hints to help you decide if you want to join or not. (I will not give away what each round will be, just the title, that way it keeps you guessing as to what each round might be ๐) NOTE * Before you join it is recommended you be able to make both alphas and normals, while it isn't necessary to join the challenge it will be one of the rounds later on. Please read over each section below CAREFULLY. Ask questions if you don't understand anything. ๐ซ ROUNDS ๐ซ There will be 10 rounds in total and varying weeks of completion. Here are the names of each round: 1๏ธโฃ Round 1 โข Copycat 2๏ธโฃ Round 2 โข Celebrity Crush 3๏ธโฃ Round 3 โข Say My Name 4๏ธโฃ Round 4 โข Deja Vu 5๏ธโฃ Round 5 โข Mirror Mirror 6๏ธโฃ Round 6 โข Shape Shift 7๏ธโฃ Round 7 โข Tick-Tock 8๏ธโฃ Round 8 โข Make Me Smile 9๏ธโฃ Round 9 โข Patched Up 1๏ธโฃ0๏ธโฃ Round 10 โข Go Big or Go Home ๐SCORING ๐ Will be calculated by the following each round: 1 point - Finishing the bracelet/keychain on time 5 points - Creativity & color choices 5 points - How tidy and neat your knots are 5 points - Photo quality and background consistency (and an overall cohesive look to your pictures) โณ BONUS POINTS โณ There will be an opportunity to snag bonus points in some rounds (I will list the specific criteria in that round - examples: a certain color or bracelet width) At the end of each round I will add up all your points and post the results at the beginning of the next round. โด MULLIGANS โด Everyone gets 1 mulligan. (Meaning you will automatically skip/pass a round with 16 points) There will be ONLY one opportunity to use your mulligan and skip a round so choose wisely. BUUUTTT...only ONE mulligan will be accepted per round so you'll have to be quick to ask FIRST if you choose to use yours. ๐ PRIZES ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ (I really tried making these different and worthwhile ๐) ๐ฅ 1ST PLACE WINNER ๐ฅ - Gets a friend request on BraceletBook and 2 social media follows (I will follow your Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc). - You will get a shout out in my Instagram stories, a shout out in my regular post feed and mentioned as a winner in my BraceletBook bio. - I will create any challenge pattern (of your choosing) from any of my 10 rounds. - I will also make one of your patterns (if you haven't created one I will make one of your choosing - 20 strings or less) ๐ฅ 2ND PLACE WINNER ๐ฅ - Gets a friend request on BraceletBook and one social media follow (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc). - You will get a shout out in my Instagram stories and mentioned as a winner in my BraceletBook bio. - I will make one of your patterns (if you haven't created one I will make one of your choosing - 16 strings or less) ๐ฅ 3RD PLACE WINNER ๐ฅ - Gets a friend request on BraceletBook. - You will also get a shout out in my Instagram stories and mentioned as a winner in my BraceletBook bio. - I will make one of your patterns (if you haven't created one I will make one of your choosing - 12 strings or less) Everyone else gets a friend request on BraceletBook! ๐ Comment below if you would like to join! Round 1 will start on Sunday January 2 2022 so there's plenty of time to join. You can also start at ANY time for ANY round (if you don't care about the points/prizes and just TRULY want to challenge yourself ๐) I tried really hard to make this challenge a bit different and I look forward to seeing all of your creations ๐ฅฐ |
