Hey everyone! In this challenge, I will be releasing small bits of a pattern at once. Every day I'll release the next 5 rows of pattern. I'll try to give as much detail as possible but feel free to ask questions! Anyone can join at any time! Only I will know the pattern number, so this will just be a fun thing to look forward to (hopefully every Sunday). Let's begin! Feel free to use the same colors as me or pick different colors, I just find using colors easier to explain than the "String A String B" method. I really hope this makes sense to everyone. Just comment down below if you want to join and each day you can add on your next five rows.This is a normal pattern with 16 strings. 8 black strings, 6 white strings, 1 Turquoise, and 1 Dark Turquoise. The strings should be set up like this: Black-Black White-White Black-Turquoise White-Black Black-White Dark Turquoise-Black White-White Black-Black (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) Black-White White-Turquoise Black-Black White-White Black-Black Dark Turquoise-White White-Black (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) Black-White Black-Turquoise White-Black Black-White White-Black Black-White Dark Turquoise-Black White-Black (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) Black-Turquoise Black-Black White-White Black-Black White-White Black-Black Dark Turquoise-Black (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) White-Turquoise Black-Black Black-White White-Black Black-White White-Black Black-Black Dark Turquoise-White (backward knot) (backward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (backward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) (forward knot) To read the way I put the pattern, whichever string is on the left is on the left and whichever string is on the right is on the right. If it is a forward knot, you do left doing a forward knot over right. Example, the first set is Black-Black with a backward knot, so the black on the left side will be doing the backward knot over the black on the left. Then on the second row, the black on the left will not be used and the black on the right will have the white from the other side do a backward knot over it. Hopefully this makes sense, please comment below any way it could be more clear, otherwise it will all be set up like this for the rest of the pattern, so feel free to put any suggestions. |

Sorry, this was WAY more spaced out when it was in the comment but after I pressed the button it switched and made it a lot more confusing. Hopefully you can still figure it out. Any suggestions on how to fix it bunching together? ❤️ 🎉

@hellooooo that makes sense and is a reallly good idea! I'll try doing that next time but right now I'm currently in a challenge where they pick a bracelet based off my profile picture so I have to wait for them to finish that. Otherwise, great idea!
