I’m making a alpha bracelet and just wanted to know if there’s a way to do triangle ends with uneven amount of strings.

For alpha bracelets you can do triangle ends with odd number of strings, easily in fact. If you have made triangle ends on alphas before with a even number of strings then it's the same process to that other than you will have one string left in the centre and you just carry on knotting row by row. If you haven't made triangle ends on alphas I would recommend Masha Knots's video on it.

So I have bad news you can’t. Well you can but it wouldn’t look like a triangle end ( I think ) check out Masha Knots video on triangle ends after a loop

with normal patterns wouldnt you just pick a v shape anyhow? a v-shape will end on an uneven row since the last knot will have to be centered, something even rows cant have is a centre knot. normal patterns vary between even and uneven rows of knots regardles of the amount of strings. what you'll want to do is pick a row with an uneven amount of knots for example in #37027 row 31, then look for the middle knot (the third forward knot in this case) then you look at all the knots that are alligned diagonally to that knot on the left and right side, in this case all forward knots following the light blue thread (you can click on it to see its the thread that ends on the 6th of the left in that pattern) and the forward knots that follow the beige thread (which is thre thread that ends as the 5th from the left). if you trace those knots you'll see the form of a v-shape, if you only knot the knots of this V and any knots inside of it, but leave the ones that fall outsid eof it you'll get a triangle end, which you can then finish off like normal |

@Knots_EM is right, you can absolutely make alpha triangle ends with an odd amount of strings. Masha Knots says how to do it in her YouTube video called “triangle ends for alphas”
