i think this is a good idea but there should only be one per moderator, and that the moderators should choose who they want to "mentor" @Admin |

As I said I believe 12 is too young but that 14-16 is reasonable. I would like to add that maybe if each moderator were to maybe check in on one junior moderator (if this ever happens) and then if they think they did well when the junior moderator becomes 17 they could become an actual moderator. Just my opinion I don’t want to cause any more arguments

Ok I know I said I was walking away, but everyone has stated their opinion and now it is really up to admin. This is a really good idea and I know that everyone has different opinions on what the age should be. This opinions should be excepted and we should just all have our own. But this is really up to admin now and showing support is amazing. But things that are not supportive or negative can make it hard for some people. Let’s just all have our opinions and not continue to state what we think would go wrong on what we think should be different. This is really @Vsco_4Life idea so we shouldn’t be negative or say who should do what. Let’s all just support the idea. Also the answer will probably come in a while as admin said he is really busy right now. Plus all the mods will have to agree with the idea. Let’s just not be optimistic and not tell people what is wrong with their idea. This is super exiting and like I’ve said I hope everyone gets the chance that they want. Good luck to each and every one of you! Also just a disclaimer I am not talking about anyone individually, and am not arguing with anyone. Just stating my opinions.

@Hazel23 I’m really confused with your statement. “Not continue to state what we think could go wrong or what we think should be different” or “let’s just all support the idea.” While yes, everyone is entitled to their opinion, it’s important in every new idea to have a conversation and discuss the possible repercussions.

@Faye102 yes and that is your opinion. I’m just saying that this was someone’s idea and we shouldn’t try to change her idea. She deserves support but my opinion is that we shouldn’t tell her that she got something wrong.

I really like this idea. Hopefully, Admin will be able to get around Child Labor Laws and make Jr. Mods happen! I would love to be a Jr. Mod!

Though I do believe some 12-13-year-olds would not be able to properly moderate, I do think they should still be given a chance. Maybe create a small training/test, to see if they are able to properly moderate (maybe just some patterns to accept/decline, with some that aren't as obvious accepts/declines). I still believe that this is a great idea, and if it is properly executed, it will bring a lot to the BraceletBook community, and give so many opportunities to younger users.
