how do you report users?

Hi I know that a lot of people have most likely already asked this question but I can’t find any of the forums. Today I was looking through forums and found some not very nice posts of people saying not nice words to other users and thought I should report them. Is it a thing that you message a moderator about or is there a report button that I’m missing? (I apologize for any misspelled words or bad grammar)

You can message the admin (his username is just “admin”)
