How long do the rewards from official challenges last?

Although being braceletking I have never participated in an official challenge yet and was wondering how long the stars in the corner of people’s profiles last. I know why they appear I just want to know I f they do go away.

they don't go away, once you win an award it stays with you. i don't know what happens if you delete a picture of a challenge but i do know that they don't go away 😊
