do you guys ever feel sad when selling your bracelets?

today i sold two of my bracelets and i am happy about the fact that i sold them but i feel sad that i had to let go of them. i also hate the thought of not having them anymore but i am also really happy with other people having them so idk how to feel. i also feel the same way about my stuffed animals. idk is this just me?

I’ve never sold my bracelets before but when I give away bracelets to family/ friends I always get so sad because I spent a lot of time into that bracelet.

@elephants1 yea i give them away too and sometimes especially if the colors are really pretty or the pattern took me forever to do and i just want to keep it like a trophy for my achievements or something that’s usually when they’ll want the bracelet but i always tell myself that i can just take a picture of it and then i could make it again so it’s fine

I normally do custom orders with some of my mates from school. When I make them I know prior that I will have to part with them. I do get what you’re feeling though, I get it a lot when people say ‘ohhh, I like your bracelet, can I have it?’. All of my creations to me are my little children, and the kinda are when you think about it. I find it does help when you know before you make the bracelet that you will have to part will it, I don’t know if you already do that though, but besides that I don’t really know how to help.

i sell my bracelets locally to people who i know well personally. that way i know they are in good hands. i also sell them to make money for make a wish, so i know i am selling tjem

*so i know i am selling them for a good cause. i do get a little sad though when i do have to part with them, but knowing that they are in good hands and that is all for a good cause makes me feel better about parting with them🙂

Lolll I sold some to my friend and I lovvvvved them so much. I was happy to sell them but I missed them so I remade them both haha

What I normally do is either remake them or take a picture of them to save. It makes me sad to part with them, but remembering that they were my accomplishments and that people wanted something I made makes me happy again!
