I used to make them before I started into normal, shaped and alpha bracelets. But they also got tangled up where all of the strings sit on the edges of the loom so I would have to unknot the thing to use the next string. Any tips? I never made a bracelet for that reason and really want to go back into making them.

Whenever I make kuhimino patterns, whenever I pick up the thread and move it, I will pull it until the full strand is loose. If you do that every time, and pull the string out of the knot, it prevents large knots, and allows the smaller knots to be untangled by pulling the string. I hope that helps. Sorry I accidentally hit enter instead of backspace. Anyway I always comb through the bracelet every time I move a string.
