Hi guys! I recently purchased some black, white, and grey DMC perle cotton thread. It is the big skein with about 27 yards. I want to use it for a bracelet, but I also want to keep the skein organized. I figured it’s too long to wind into a bobbin, so what are y’all’s suggestions? Thanks!

I actually just wind mine on to a regular sized bobbin from DMC, it’s a little too small, but I don’t mind too much. If you don’t want to do that, you could make your own that’s bigger out of thin cardboard from a cereal box or anything else that you have that is kinda stiff.

I usually wind some of it onto a bobbin and replenish it when I run out 😊
