I know this is a weird thing to ask, but can you like report patterns or something? Like if there’s a pattern someone made but it is the exact same as one you made but the colours are switched and the moderators accepted it can you still report it?

You could message the admin about it, he is the only one who can remove patterns

yes to report patterns (and users as well), message the admin. he will delete the duplicate pattern for you 🙂
