i wear mine in the pool, and when i take a shower all the time so i’m sure if you just run it under some water it won’t do away thing. idk what soap would do.

Here's what I usually do :1. Stick it in a pants pocket and put them in the laundry 2. Wash it under a tap with soap, and let it drip dry |

i wash mine with hand soap or laundry detergent and just let it air dry 😊
