hi, so i just watched this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FovN0GDccEc&t=11s) and in it, it says for the double triangle starts you do a forward backward knot with the leading string. I haven't been doing this and it turns out fine. what is the difference?

yeah on the left side you can either do fb or f knots and on the right side you can do either bf or b knots. doesn’t matter!
