I’ve been wanting to make a new tutorial on this site just to be helpful to those who need it, but I don’t see any button to create a new one. Is there a certain rank I need to be at, or is it only for moderators and administrators?

I'm pretty sure you can upload a tutorial by clicking on 'add a video' (it should be under 'add a photo') someone can correct me if there is another way
