How do I add a variation to a pattern?

To add a variation, you have to make sure you’re on braceletbook.com instead of on the app. Then, you select the pattern you would like to add a variation to and push the orange “add a variation” button on the top right

Yes I did that... but how do you change the colors of the pattern? Once you are on the variation part of the pattern.

@alexalivar when you’re on the page to add the variation you’ll notice the colors and string order of original pattern. you click on the colors at the top and then it gives you a whole range of colors that you can choose from. if you want less or more colors you can even change the string order but it must be the same number of strings as it originally was. also you can’t change the actual knots in the pattern for a variation. only the colors and the string order. hope that helps!

Click the color bubbles and drag the cursor to the color on the wheel that you want or type in like a color code
