Usually people don't ask because I don't scream "I make bracelets!!!" to the world when I finish, so usually it's a close friend that will just ask if I will make one for them later. But, if it's not a close friend I'll give the bracelet to them as a birthday present, or something like that in the future. 🙂

If someone else wants a bracelet you made you can offer to make another one of the same pattern for them but keep this one for yourself

Ugh I get quite annoyed so I tell them I’ll make them a different one. I had a bunch of campers when I was working at a camp last summer and they all wanted me to make bracelet for them but they all wanted complex ones so I told them yes but never gave them out. I feel bad still.

I get really annoyed when this happens! The good thing is my best friend knows it takes a long time but if a one she likes is ever up for sale on my shop, she always buys it and gives my extra money, that’s why we’ve been friends for nearly 11 years, she is so kind and knows how time consuming it is, but sometimes other friends just ask for them when I was planning on keeping it for myself, or family members most of the time! ❤️

For me I just make bracelets for friends or if I don’t want one I’ll give it away, so honestly I’m fine with giving them away cause I know that I could always just make another one! ☺️

@Lilykagr omg that happened to me too! I work as a C.I.T at a local summer camp, and I would sometimes make bracelets at my camp and my campers would watch. I was put in a group of 8-9 year olds and a lot of the girls would ask for a bracelet. Thankfully I didn't make complex ones at camp, so I was able to get away with just giving them a simple bracelet like a candy stripe or chevron, but it got annoying sometimes because when once kid would ask, a whole group of kids would, and a lot of the times, they would ask for more than one bracelet.

i love giving my bracelets away sometimes i even get payed!! make sure to take pictures and if you rly want to keep it tell them that someone already claimed it or make a new one. each time you make a pattern it usually gets better. but if you get bored i get it follow ur first instinct (:

I honestly wish there was a way to delete message on here... anyways, I’d probably ask if they were gonna pay or give me something or say “I dunno” and just wait until they forgot what we were talking about. I sometimes give my friends at camp smaller bracelets if they ask for one but like a six hour one, probably not.
