what does the number by a profile picture on braceletbook mean when I look at others profiles there's a number but on mine there is not

The number on someone’s profile is the amount of rewards they have. You can get these by participating in official challenges hosted by the moderators. If you submit a picture to a pattern that has been chosen in the official challenges and put ‘Challenge’ somewhere in the photo, then you get a reward.
