So today at work, the power was out for an hour and a half and it was just a crazy day, and I had been up since 5 am. Then, my coworker, L, said he had put in his two weeks notice, and my other coworker, R, said she had a job interview coming up. Now, me, R, A, and my brother are a friend group, so even though I wouldn't see R every day anymore, we'd still hang out. But I felt like I was finally starting to get closer to L, now he's leaving. I'm just sad now ig lol |

Oh that’s sad. I have something similar to that. Next year my friend is going to move to Arizona and then every year she’ll be in Arizona during the winter and at her cabin in the spring, summer, and fall. She’ll be homeschooled because her mom has a teaching degree and I wont be able to see her

I totally understand, me and my friend had known each other since first grade, she was always very shy and I sort of felt like I needed to protect her at times. Last year I got the news that she was moving 5 hours away. I was devastated and I even got us special magnetic friendship necklaces. We started writing letters to each other but it wasn’t the same. I miss her so much and I can’t wait to see her again 🩷❤️🩹

I definitely know how hard it is to cry in front of people, I used to be very depressed at school and would have to ask to go to the bathroom so I could cry in private. Stay strong, I know you probably don’t want to hear this but things will get better ❤️

It's now two days until L leaves 😭 and he's been really sweet recently and today he was calling me by a nickname (some other ppl call me it, but he never has), and he's been high fiving me a bunch and it's making me sad 😭😭
