Hello y’all!! So, this prob sounds super dumb but I have a dog, and she’s adorable!! (Her name is Winnie and if you want to see a pic of her she is my pfp) but anyway, she always just sits by our back door and looks sad. I want to play with her but where I live it is always raining at this time of year. What do you think I should do? Also, my dad keeps telling me I should just play with her anyway, but, I wear light colored clothes and don’t want to get them dirty, but he’s jus like, “you can just wash them,” BUT IT WILL STAIN AND HE DOESNT KNOW THAT BECAUSE HE ALWAYS WEARS BLACK CLOTHES! (lol sorry, I got a little carried away there.😊) but anyway what should I do? I kinda want to play with her but when i play tug-of-war with her, ( which is the only thing she plays) she just hangs on it and shuts her eyes, and when she gets the toy she just runs away and hides. (And I hate running so I’m not going to chase her lol.) anyway if you read this incredibly long and boring text and actually care about these stupid problems of mine, thank you so much!! Byeee!! |

Well i have a dog that just likes going outside, sniffing and stuff. You can play duck duck goose i play it all the time with my dog and it’s funny

Does she like going outside on the rain, or not???But regardless, there are "hands off" methods of play you can do. See if she likes laser pointers, for example. Then you can play with her without worrying about clothing stains while still giving her attention! |

Sometimes I'm missing English words, but there is this toy that looks like a fishing rod and you can attach a dog toy to where the hook would be.Another solution for playing with your dog would be to pick a set of clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and always use that one for playing with your dog when it is muddy. Then you don't need to worry about your regular clothes. |

When I’m with my dog and don’t want to go outside we usually play tug of war inside (on a carpet) you could also try teaching your dog all kinds of tricks cause that makes them happy too : )
