Permission to sell a bracelet using another persons pattern.

Thinking about selling bracelets and I just want to make sure. Let’s say I want to sell a bracelet with a pattern I found on BB, do I have to ask the creator of the pattern permission to sell a bracelet of there pattern, or since it’s in the public domain I can just make a bracelet and sell it. It might be a obvious answer, but I’m not positive. |

Because it’s a public domain every time someone submits a pattern they have to agree to the “terms and conditions” which includes a section about allowing people to use their patterns for profit. Long story short: feel free to use any pattern you find on BB to sell bracelets with!

You can sell anything you make, but you cannot sell the pattern itself. The pattern itself is copyrighted to the creator of the design.
