I'm going to be honest with you I'm not really sure anyone actually knows what you get each time you level up, and it's something that everyone is always asking and it never really gets answered. It could have something to do with any of these things: friending people, directly messaging people, making your own patterns, making tutorials, or anything else, I'm not really sure.
