What do you do with the leftover scraps after you tie off a completed bracelet and cut the thread? Is there anyway to repurpose them?

I sometimes make rag rugs! Or use them in patterns that don't have much of that color.Rag rug pattern: #36730 |

You can also use scrap thread for loops, base strings, or square knots

Depending on how long they are, I use them for base strings, color changes, and rag rug keychains

I save most excess thread and use it in alphas and rag rugs. It's really useful when you only need a bit of each colour

I also use my scrap threads for ragrugs, for multicolored backgrounds, and also for making tassels for my bookmarks. They also make good stuffing if you are into crocheting.

As long if they’ve about like 8cm long, I will use them for alphas if I only need a tiny bit of a certain colour, and if long enough… for base strings. Of if I’m running out of a colour from the skien I’ll check the scraps.
