i burnt my wrist pretty bad on my curling wand earlier last week & it’s taking a lot longer than usual to heal & i’m worried it will scar & be ugly. is there anything i can put on it to maybe help it not scar so badly?

I know this is too late, but I get burned a lot when I cook (I have bad luck o.o) and just for next time, what I use, is iodine and lavender! It put some iodine right on the burn (be careful cause it stains clothes) and then lavender on as well, and then I put gauze or a bandaid over it (: Also if you put it under SUPER COLD WATER RIGHT AWAY, that deeefinitely helps. At least for me, maybe give it a try!!
