i have natural waves and i’m starting to develop a wavy hair routine rather than using heat every day. i put in product at night, scrunch, and plop. when i wear my plop to sleep it comes undone. (i do have a silk pillow case tho) i struggle with “pineapple” technique since my hair is long. when i wake up my waves look flat on some parts and nothing like when i went to sleep even if i go to bed with completely dry hair. 😭what else can i try? i’m a super rough sleeper so it’s hard to find overnight techniques that work for me haha |

I usually put my hair in a loose bun or a braid. You can hold it with a scrunchie to not leave a mark or an indent on your hair.

i have curlier hair, though, ANY textured hair type should sleep in a silk or satin bonnet!! u have no idea how big of a difference it’ll give u!

i have really long and. wavy hair and yet i never learn from each morning. i really hate tying it so i shower with a water resistant cap on so combing would be painful and long 🙂
