does anyone have any good quick and easy cardigan pattern recommendations (not granny square) that don’t need to be bought? a friend asked me to crochet one for her except I have no idea what pattern to do. (I’ve made a few sweaters before except they were all freehanded but never a cardigan lol) thank you : )

https://www.crochetwithcarrie.com/ has a lot of great crochet cardigan patterns. They're all free, and many also have video tutorial. All her pattern size up to 3xl, and a most of the older stuff go up to 4xl/5xl, too. I hope this helps!
