If you don't know what a sampler blanket is, it is a blanket in which you "sample" a bunch of different stitches. I have a question for everyone who has made one, Why is it so easy to get the wronged stitch count? 🤔 🤔

I've never made one, but here is what I found:

You have to make sure that you start with the correct amount of stitches. Different stitches have different amounts of multiples and you have to make sure that they fit together.

Keep in mind that the turning chain at the end of a row does not count as a stitch. It is easy to accidentally loose or add stitches at the end/beginning of a row when you are crocheting in general.
