What do the ranks mean?

the notification told me i ranked up to skiller and said i have "more privileges" i have, but what are those privileges?? sorry if thats a dumb question

Now you can talk in the chat! And I think you can rate patterns lower than 4 stars (I don't know why you would want to though...) and you can add more variations at a time (if you're on the site). replying in the chat is the big one for skiller though.
