if you don’t know how to use a tampon use a pad. you can look up how to insert a tampon and ask a trusted woman if she can show you.

just use a pad. learn to use a tampon if you play sports because it’s more comfortable but be careful using tampons because you can get infections from keeping them in more than 4-6 hours

Use a pad then watch videos and do research about tampons and be sure to use the right size and remember to never use them when you don’t have your period

i recommend to use pads and try out different brands and sizes til you find one that you feel comfortable with. when you think you are ready to use tampons you can do the same thing til you find a brand and size you are comfortable with and ask a trusted woman or search up online tutorials on how to use them.

First period definitely pad. My favorite brand is Honey Pot. I love the Herb ones. Hope this helped and good luck ❤️
