i think that teal and brown color combos look great and beachy! maybe do a dark teal, a medium teal, and a light teal, the dark brown, the cream color, and white. or use the brown to make an alpha with maybe a dog or something with brown yk? hope this helps <3

I think browns are nice for nature-themed bracelets: wood is brown, soil is brown, the centre of a sunflower is brown, many animals have brown fur.

I think cream is a nice alternative for when you don't want to go for a bright white. Sometimes the contrast between white and other colours is just too big.

That's my own pattern, but you could make #88668 with cream as the background colour and the butterflies in brown and yellow/orange.

If you like making alphas I often use neutral colors as the loop/base strings 🙂 they tend to match with lots of colors and I usually have a large supply of them making them easy to use as base strings

Both of those colors are a good contrast and can be used in almost any 2-color pattern. Since they're more natural and warm colors, I especially like them in tribal or aztec patterns. Here's a few
#43235
#36831
#48425
#79884
#39899
#106101
#30018
#130883
#130900

Dark brown is perfect for any outlined pattern instead of black, and the cream is great to use instead of white. Then almost any warm-toned color will go with that, like olive-green, orange, gold, mauve, dusty blue or teal, or other shades of brown, tan and beige to form a gradient.

Here's a few more for examples

#37097
#27308

So many times I've chosen "ugly colors" to practice or experiment with patterns, then it turns out I love those colors more than my first choices lol! So don't be afraid to use colors that aren't your favorite, you never know... you might end up changing your mind 😄

i use them as the edge strings in bracelets when i do straight edges, or as something to balance out brighter colors
