Is there any special equipment for selling bracelets? Also where is a good place to start selling

Etsy or eBay I think are good places to start a small bracelet business, and for equipment starting off you will need shipment packaging if needed a label maker but for starting you won’t need a lot.

I like selling bracelets at events like craft shows. You don't need much equipment there assuming they provide tables. I usually bring a project to work on, tape, sometimes signs depending on how I want to display my bracelets. Other things you might want to bring could include a business card, or nice bags to put bracelets in after someone purchases one. I am by no means professional at selling, but that is what I usually do. 🙂
