leveling past professional?

hi guys! if feels like i’ve been stuck as professional forever and would really like to level up! i’ve been active on most aspects of bb and have posted a ton a pictures, comments, added to-dos, and rated patterns. but nothing seems to work or level me up! is there anything i’m not doing or doing wrong? please let me know how to level up - julia 🫶🏻

adding patterns is what gets you the most toward ranking up! so I would try that

It just takes longer to rank up the higher the rank is. If you are persistent, eventually you'll rank up. Just keep doing what you are doing 😄

@dhago i was just asking a question, no need to get so rude. it’s not like there’s a guide or post about how to level up so it’s not obvious. your comment wasn’t helpful or necessary. we’re you never taught if you don’t have anything nice to say then don’t say anything?

How to rank up is one of the questions answered in our frequently asked questions 🙂 but I think those might not be available on the app and they also don't really go into detail as much with this question, so it is alright to not know.

@halokiwi sadly their not 🙁 the only time i use the browser version is when designing patterns so i don’t see the other features of bb. thanks for letting me know though!

I honestly am not sure but, I was stuck as well in professional for a whilleee. I was active by uploading pictures, answering some questions in the forum and rating patterns and such for a few months straight but, it took a long time that I just gradually stopped doing those things. At one point all I was doing was just browsing the website, viewing the hottest patterns and checking out some of the competitions and somehow just viewing things and not directly interacting with them such as liking, commenting and rating led to me recently becoming the bracelet king. It's interesting because I thought you had to actually interact rather than just view things helped. Maybe you can try that but, do note that I did this stuff on the website not the app and tbh I'm not even sure if just viewing stuff does in fact help level up.

see u have the option to make people feel better about themselves on a platform where people share their art, or u could be rude. @BGV88 asked a valid question. if u aren’t going to be respectful and uplift people, please leave bc u don’t know how that will affect them. ur acting like a kindergartner when it costs u nothing to be civil.

@dhago are you ok? having a bad day or a smth? no need to be rude and say it was obvious. it is fairly clear on the website but the app not so much. and the whole bit about assuming they don’t know what obvious means was unnecessary they were just asking why you thought it was obvious. if you’re having a rough time no need to take it out on others and I’m here to talk if you need to sort things out.
