one habit to get rid of is over analyzing myself bc it’s a rlly big problem for me. i constantly over analyze myself, and it makes me feel absolutely horrible and insecure. one habit that helps me and that i want to keep is waking up early and keeping a good morning routine. i wake up, make a matcha drink with protein powder (my fav 😍), journal while i’m drinking my drink, then i exercise, shower, eat breakfast, do my skincare, read and get dressed for the day to come <3it honestly makes me feel put together and boosts my entire mood 😊 |
