You have to be on the website you can’t do it on the app, hover over your username and the top option will be to create new patterns

It's also possible to create them on your phone, however only on the site in your mobile browser. For regular patterns you make rows like this b,b,b,b f,f,f b,b,b,b Each type knot is represented by a letter and sepperated by a comma. there's 5 types of knots you can type: - forward -> f - backward -> b - forward back -> fb - backward forward -> bf And last but not least: a gap is represented by an 0 (seen in patterns such as #17601 or #20174 ). (note, the bracelet maker can't generate a pattern with uneven rows so keep that in mind) For alpha patterns you select the colours you want to use. The colurs will be named by alphabetical order (first colour is A, second is B, third C....) and basically hwenever you want a knot of a particular colour you type the corresponding letter. for background knots (default is white??? I think) you only leave a dash : - the pattern will look for example like -----abba----- ----abbba---- ---abcccba--- ---abcccba--- ----abbba---- -----abba----- note that an alpha doesnt sepparate the knots with a comma like the regular pattern |

also once you've submitted a pattern the moderators will review it first before it is actually placed on the site, and you won't be able to see it until either you need to adjust it or until it's been approved. So if it's a pattern you put a lot of effort into making and you want to start making it immediatly, try screenshotting or copy pasting it to word first before submitting

Normal patterns are usually harder to make than alphas
