I have definitely had have this happen before and I would advise avoiding that person until you gain enough courage to talk to that person without it being awkward

Does he show any interest in you? If so I would wait til your comfortable then approach him. If he doesn’t seem interested in you I would just wait wait a while til he kinda forgets or it isn’t as fresh on his brain. Are y’all already close or not? This is just what I’d do. If you need any help or don’t understand something I put just @ me! I’m kinda confusing sometimes.💛

I am currently going through this right now, what works for me is at first just talking a little bit, like “what did you think of that test?” Or some kind of easy question, you don’t have to have a full conversation yet, but slowly build your confidence until you are ready to.

I was crushing on a guy since we were in 5th grade and he found out I liked him and every time He found out he would act all shocked and act like he never knew then I would be embarrassed but then eventually I would work up the courage to talk to him and it wouldn’t be so awkward and also try to make small talk and get to know him if you aren’t close with him ask him questions like what do u like to do outside of school and what are his favorite things
