Me despierto a las siete de la mañana. Luego voy al baño. Después me visto para ir a YMCA. Entonces desayuno. Después salgo de mi casa. Llegó a la YMCA y se para nadar. Después de que yo viaje en autobús a la escuela. Por último termino la escuela y regreso a casa.

Ok so it makes sense but there are a few words that need modification like luego would be y luego even though the exact translation is just luego it sounds better as y luego what exactly are you trying to translate I think it would be easier to show you with the English version

you might need to change 'entonces' to 'pues,' since 'pues' is used for sequencing

And you can combine your first 2 sentences into one, so you wake up *and* then...

You can also include some more sequence words like "primero, antes de, etc" if you like, so you don't have to use después each time

so you can reword a few sentences e.g. "primero, me despierto..."

"Antes de desayunar, me visto para ir a YMCA"

If you want to know if it makes sense, the answer is YES. At least I didn't understand the part very well (y se para a nadar, Maybe I don't understand it very well because you started to describe it in the first person and in this part you described the action in the third person). They are very right @amayab @Zaan_13. I would try to use the Y more, Primero, Finalmente. I would try to describe a little more the actions that I take so that it makes more sense.
