I like slicing them and them freezing them in Ziploc bags. I then use the frozen bananas for smoothies. 🙂

I love to make banana bread with brown bananas. Rosana Pansino has a really good recipe, but I also add chocolate chips to it to make more fun

You could make a smoothie, banana bread, muffins, or sometimes I make açaí bowls with banana in them. You could also have bananas on toast.

Overripe bananas are good for baked stuff like everyone said, so banana bread, muffins, pancakes - and you can always add any different flavours like chocolate, nuts, other fruit! If they're not too ripe yet you can freeze them for smoothies, or make banana 'nice cream.' |
