Cosplay Hair advice without using a wig?

So I’m cosplaying tomorrow night for Halloween as an oc and I don’t like wigs so if anyone has hair style tips that are kinda witchy that would be great!

Also I’m chill with like hair chalks and sprays, I don’t really trust wigs cause I’ve had rashes on my face from were the hair brushed up against my cheek so if anyone knows why that is that would be nice to 👍🏻
