Bracelet, favorite beverage (tea, coffee), newspaper subscription, magazine subscription, favorite book, pens, notebooks, patches, flags (my mom bought my brothers these flag things that they have on the wall), t-shirt/favorite brand, gift card(s), you could crochet something, bookmark, stickers, IOU cards.
