Hello! I really want to make a friendship bracelet business and I have NO IDEA what I'm doing! I need some help from you. What bracelets should I make? How many should I make? Where should I sell them? How much money should I sell them for? (USD $)

Hi, I know I am NO expert, but I might be of help: Tip #1: choose a small amount of, like, 4 (EASY) normal patterns and make them in as many color combos you can think of. Why? Because if you send people on braceletbook to make that decision, they might just end up wanting something that you can’t (or wont be able to) make in such a small period of time, y’know? Anyway, if you want to make it a bit more of a business where they order the pattern they want (for keychins or alphas) in your To-dos from braceletbook, place all the patterns of alphas you will give them to choose from. And if they ask for something that isnt there, you and you have to look through patterns, dont let them see the screeen

please ignore the last sentence of my previous message ( accidentally sent it). anyway, Tip #2: is make them pay beforehand their bracelet because it has happened to me that I make a keychain of bracelet especially for that person and then they don't like it so the don't pay me. Tip #3 If you followed my suggestion to find the three easy Normal patterns and make them into colors, then start making those nonstop until you have your satisfied amount that way, if someone wants to buy one, you already have one in hand to sell. Tip #4: I think that before you start a website, start small, by selling to friends and family and tell them to spread the word to their friends, if the business grows and you like what you are doing, THEN invest on a website of a Etsy shop. Also, I have to say, to all people thinking of getting an zesty shop, you should read the small print where it says that if you don't make (I forgot what amount it was, but I think ten thousand) dollars, you have to pay Etsy that money yourself, and for a bracelet business, that is a lot of bracelets to sell. Just a warning, so it doesn't get you by surprise. Those are all my tips to starting a bracelet business, hope it helps!!! 😄
