soooo I rarely get hungry and i will only eat like one small meal a day, sometimes just a snack, but i'm assuming that this isn't good, and sometimes i get really dizzy i'm pretty sure because of not eating... anybody know how i can convince myself to eat more food, and should i eat even if i'm not hungry? also, does this happen to anyone else?

I’m in the same boat. I blacked out today and practice because of it too. And the dizziness thing is super relatable.

if you have a hard time eating enough, it's good to stay hydrated and maybe try drinks that will help you with energy like vitamin water and gatorade type things

Hello! Some things you could try are: • Having set times throughout the day when you eat and trying to stick to that schedule (if possible) • Telling a friend/ family member (if you haven't already and you feel comfortable doing so) • Having someone else remind you, in case you forget It also depends on whether you don't want to (or think you shouldn't) eat food, or if you are just not often hungry/ forget to eat. If it's the first one, I would definitely advise you to tell someone about it. If it's the second one, which it sounds like it is, just try having reminders in your life or people reminding you. I hope that this has helped a bit! ❤️ (If I'm just listing a bunch of unhelpful things, then I'm sorry!! I tend to do that) |
